From 11 July to 23 August 2026, the free Esti’Lac shuttle links central La Bresse with Lac des Corbeaux. During the same period, the Lac des Corbeaux road is closed to motor vehicles from 12.30pm to 5pm, except vehicles carrying people with reduced mobility.

Esti’Lac shuttle timetable
The line provides eight outward and eight return services each day:

Where does the shuttle leave from in 2026?
Because of roadworks in rue Paul-Claudel, the shuttle does not use its usual stop. It leaves from near:

The stop is about a 10-minute walk from the Tourist Office and five minutes from the former “Abri des Voyageurs” stop.
Where can you park near the departure point?
The Tourist Office lists several free parking options nearby:
- Complexe Piscine and Tourist Office car park: more than 80 spaces and EV chargers;
- Rond-Point des Champions car park: 10 spaces and EV chargers;
- car park behind Sports Passion: 50 spaces;
- Rampe de l’Hôtel de Ville car park: more than 20 spaces and EV chargers;
- spaces along Quai des Iranes;
- spaces in rue des Proyes: more than 20 spaces and EV chargers.
Road closed from 12.30pm to 5pm: how it works
From 11 July to 23 August 2026, the Lac des Corbeaux road is closed to motor traffic between 12.30pm and 5pm. Before 12.30pm and after 5pm, vehicles may reach and park at the lake in the usual direction of travel.
If your vehicle is already parked at the lake before 12.30pm, you can leave during the closure. Simply follow the one-way traffic system.
People with reduced mobility
The shuttles are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Vehicles carrying a person with reduced mobility are therefore exempt and may use the Lac des Corbeaux road, including between 12.30pm and 5pm.
Campervans and vehicles over 2 metres high
During the summer period, campervans and vehicles over 2 metres high may not park on the site between 8pm and 7am.
Route de la Vieille Montagne
The Route de la Vieille Montagne, between Lac des Corbeaux and Col de la Vierge, is completely closed to motor vehicles during the summer period. It is reserved for pedestrians and cyclists.
Dogs, pushchairs and baby carriers
Dogs are allowed on the shuttle if they are kept on a lead and do not take up a passenger seat. Category 1 and 2 dogs must be muzzled.
Pushchairs, baby carriers and bulky luggage can travel in the shuttle’s luggage compartment.
Swimming is prohibited at Lac des Corbeaux
The lake remains a beautiful walking destination, but swimming and all water activities other than fishing are prohibited. The Tourist Office also reports that cyanobacteria are regularly observed in summer and asks dog owners to be especially careful. Read our guide to the swimming ban and nearby alternatives.
