The aquatic and wellness centre in Gérardmer, at 7 rue des Pêcheurs, combines a swimming area (fun paddling pool, twin learning and activity pool, slide) and a wellness area (hammam, sauna, cold bath, outdoor Nordic pool, or « bassin nordique », at 30 degrees). It is an indoor outing for a rainy or cold day (the Nordic pool and the water-play area are outdoors), and the school-holiday timetable applies at Toussaint. Here are the hours, the prices displayed by the town hall and the access rules, noted on 30 September 2026 (phone: 03 29 63 22 42).
Opening hours: school term and holidays
The town hall states that the “school holidays” timetable applies to all zones during the winter holidays, Toussaint, Christmas and February included. From 17 October to 1 November 2026, the right-hand column is therefore the one that counts.

Prices displayed by the town hall
The town hall page is still labelled “Prices 2025/2026” at the date of reading: the 2026/2027 amounts may differ and should be confirmed at reception.
| Entry | Adult | Child |
|---|---|---|
| Swimming area, standard rate | €6.80 | €5 |
| Swimming area, last half hour | €2.50 | €2.50 |
| Wellness area, standard rate (swimming area access included) | €18 | not accessible (from age 18) |
The wellness area therefore costs €18 at the standard rate, i.e. the pool price (€6.80) plus an €11.20 supplement. Access is free for children from outside the town under 4, for Gérardmer children under 10 and for holders of a disability card and their companion. The codes A to E correspond to rates granted to Gérardmer residents according to their town Service+ card; the price list also has a “CCGHV” column and a “CCGHV Pass” that the page does not explain. A “Spécial Famille Plus” rate (€5.40 for an adult, €4 for a child) applies only on Mondays during the holidays; the page does not say who it is for, so ask at reception.
Pools, wellness and access rules
The swimming area has a fun paddling pool, a twin learning and activity pool, a slide with a sound and light show and an outdoor water-play area, with outdoor facilities adapted to people with reduced mobility. Access is open from 6 months, and from age 10 without an accompanying adult. A swimming cap and swimsuit are compulsory; swim shorts are not allowed.
The wellness area includes a hammam for 12 to 15 people, a sauna for 19 people at most, three massage-jet showers, a cold bath between 12 and 14 degrees, relaxation areas and an outdoor Nordic pool of 40 m² heated to 30 degrees, with massage benches. It is reserved for over-18s, with a maximum of 33 people at a time. A towel is compulsory, as is a cap in the Nordic pool.
Ice rink, climbing and bowling: the other covered facilities
The town hall publishes the hours and prices of other indoor activities. For the ice rink and the climbing wall, the timetable shows no opening during the school term: only the school holidays (Toussaint included) are filled in.

Organising the day
A rainy day in Gérardmer can continue with a film: our guide to the cinemas around La Bresse details the Casino JOA and the MCL. La Bresse also has its own swimming pool and, in winter, its ice rink.
