How a tandem flight works
The appointment begins with a conditions check and equipment briefing. The instructor fits the harness and helmet, prepares the wing and explains the launch. You do not jump off a cliff: on the signal, you walk or run a few steps as the wing inflates and gradually lifts you from the slope.
